ABOUT US
Sababa was founded in 2006 by a group of students interested in sharing Jewish music with the community.  We started out as a group of five people, and today we boast around 18 members! Sababa is an Arab word for cool that has made its way into Hebrew slang.  Our repertoire ranges from religious music to secular Jewish music to just good ol' a cappella.  We rehearse at NC Hillel on Thursdays and Sundays.

Check back for our debut CD this February, 2009!
